All digital products, coaching programs, APK VIP access, and online training are delivered electronically. After successful payment, you will receive access by email, account login, or download link. No physical shipping is required for digital services.

2. Processing Time (Physical Products)
For physical items such as apparel or printed products, orders are processed within 2–7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on product availability and production.

3. Shipping Time
Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping carrier. Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues.

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, product type, and shipping method selected by the customer.

5. Tracking Information
Once your physical order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details when available.

6. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. APK is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

7. Lost or Delayed Packages
APK is not liable for carrier delays, lost packages, or customs issues. However, we will assist you in contacting the shipping provider when possible.
