At APK, we are committed to providing high-quality digital products, coaching, and training services. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Products & Online Training
All digital products, downloadable materials, and online formations are non-refundable once access has been granted or the product has been delivered. Due to the nature of digital content, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

2. Coaching Programs & VIP Services
Payments made for coaching sessions, APK VIP access, or consulting services are final. No refunds will be issued for missed sessions, lack of participation, or change of personal circumstances. 

3. Bi-Weekly Subscription 
Subscriptions are billed according to the selected plan. You may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges. However, payments already processed are non-refundable.

4. Technical Issues
If you experience a technical problem preventing access to your purchase, please contact our support team. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue or restore access.

5. Exceptional Cases
Refund requests will only be reviewed in rare and exceptional situations, such as duplicate payments or proven billing errors.
